甘露藏医科:“藏地华佗”——苍生大医「宇妥·云丹贡布」

中华医学巨著藏医学典籍《四部医典》成书于公元8世纪，由著名藏医学家宇妥·宁玛云丹贡布(708年——公元832年)编撰。全书共四部，156章，是一部集藏医药医疗实践和理论精华于一体的藏医药学术权威工具书，被誉为藏医药百科全书，为藏医药学中最系统、最完整、最根本的一套理论体系。

《四部医典》作者宇妥·宁玛云丹贡布原名为宇妥·云丹贡布，名字中的“宁玛”所代表的意思是“年长的”，目的是为了将小宇妥（宇妥的19代孙，藏医名医宇妥萨玛·云丹贡布）区分开来；通常人们又称宇妥宁玛·云丹贡布为”老宇妥”。

唐景龙二年(708年)老宇妥诞生于今堆龙德庆区德庆镇邱桑村的一个藏医世家。自他曾祖父洛哲西宁起就是藏王的御医。

他3岁开始习藏文，5岁时接受佛教的洗礼并学习各种仪轨与医学知识；10岁时，吐蕃赞普赤德祖赞闻得其医术，便将其送到桑耶寺以学习深造。宇妥热爱自己所从事的医学事业，谦虚好学，刻苦钻研，善于吸收百家之长，尤其对内地中医学原理倍感兴趣。

随着年龄的增长，不仅积累了丰富的医学知识，还掌握了临床技术。宇妥坚持理论联系实际，治病技术和医学理论水平日益提高，曾治好了赞普赤松德赞的牙病和眼疾，被擢升为赞普的御医。赞普还让其与已具较高名望的吐蕃其他8位名医辩论医理，被誉为“西藏九名医之首”。

在老宇妥25岁时，他开始周游各国各地，先后在尼婆罗、克什米尔、天竺等邻近国家以及今天的四川康定、青海、五台山、西藏阿里、羌塘、拉萨、日喀则、察隅、山南等地留下足迹。他一方面为了学习新的医学知识，另一方面让自己积累更多的实践经验。途径尼泊尔地区时，偶遇当地名医纳西拉哈，获得有关温病、角法的知识传授；到达天竺时，通过拜访天竺名医学习，得到了大量的医书。后来，为了更深入的学习，老宇妥多次远赴天竺进修。

在五台山学习中医，获赠汉地医典
从天竺返回吐蕃后，老宇妥率学生长途跋涉至五台山学习，其精神感染了五台山当地僧人、医者，受到了热烈的欢迎，并将汉地医典《配药矍》、《体腔内部洞察》赠予老宇妥。
自此以后，老宇妥在不断学习本民族医学知识的基础上，积极向外探索学习其他民族先进的医学理论，注重自身医疗实践，将自身所学知识与经验进行总结。45岁时，老宇妥以早期吐蕃医学为基础，吸收了汉地、印度和各方医学的精华，历经二十多年的研究及实践，结合个人的长期体会，编撰名传千古的医学巨著《四部医典》一书。

医学古籍《四部医典》
其书涉及藏医学之理论基础、诊断、胚胎、解剖、临床各科、治疗原则、方药、养生等内容，是一部奠基性的藏医学著作，其影响所及，在藏医药学领域的学术价值堪比《黄帝内经》与《伤寒论》，不但记载了藏医学独特的理论体系，也指导着藏医的临床实践。其全面反映了藏医药学发展的历史轨迹，对青藏高原、喜马拉雅和蒙古高原地区的藏医药学传播发展起到了无可比拟的作用。

藏医曼唐，17世纪起，根据《四部医典》的156章内容和其他藏族传统医学知识理论实践绘制的唐卡

在此之后，宇妥还编写了《实践明灯》、《经验明了》、《原药十八种》、《人体内针灸穴位》、《解剖学魔镜》、《脉学师承记》、《灸法教本》、《催吐药》、《下泄药》、《四类特殊名望》、《三类特殊深远》、《十八支内秘诀十八支考支》、《聚宝综合》等30多部医学论著。奠定了藏医学完整的理论基础，成为祖国医学的瑰宝。

宇妥是一位医学、药学上的多面手。在诊断学上，对尿诊和脉诊极为重视，并有相当高的造诣。

尿诊：宇妥要求自己及其助手对尿液仔细观察，辨别其颜色、味道、发出的蒸气、沉渣以及静置后尿色的变化等。诊断时，主张对患者的病状及体征详尽地检查，认为辨不清病症就仓促治疗，是无的放矢。辨症时，强调弄清其寒热属性，只有弄清病症的寒热属性，才能对症下药，或决定用针灸、放血甚至外科手术。

脉诊：对于持脉之道，宇妥也有深刻的研究，要求医生切脉要用手指按摸病人左右寸、关、尺部位六脉，判明寒热，专心致志，切忌粗心大意，草率从事。只有平心静气，方能领会脉象的各种表现，做出正确的诊断。宇妥还掌握了大量治疗技术和生理病理知识，会动外科手术，包括头部手术、粉碎性骨折手术及由体腔内抽去积水等手术。在一般治疗中用复方，必要时常借助针灸、放血、气功等方法辅助治疗。

宇妥曾指出：食物中脂肪等营养成分过多，就会引起高血压以及肝系统的疾病，这与现代医学观点是一致的。

宇妥不仅是一位学识渊博、医技高超非凡的“医圣”、“药王”，而且是一位具有宽广胸怀、仁慈厚道、医德高尚的人。在其朴素而又含义深刻的教诫里，凝聚了对劳动人民赤诚的爱和无限的同情。总其概括有：医生要坚持人道主义精神，精通医术、救死扶伤，以“致力于为民众治病”为自己的天职；治病不分高低贵贱一视同仁，不图钱财。

并具体规定：

·对穷人要有怜悯之心，给穷人治病，不要喝酒，患者家中无马，不要要求对方牵马请乘，自己走去；

·平等待人，不要从个人恩怨出发，无论病人病情如何，定要尽到治病救人的职责；

·不要把病人的屎、尿、血、痰等排泄物视为脏物厌恶嫌弃；

·正直为人，实事求是，“不做坏事，不做狡猾的事情”，要谦虚，不要夸夸其谈，不懂装懂，自欺欺人，贻误病情；

·不守旧，重视学术交流，看病不分地区等。

宇妥的一生，除了为世人留下许多宝贵的精神财富外，还为后人留下了大量不朽的医学著作。宇妥经过几十年的临床经验，广泛收集整理研究各地民间医疗土方，翻译汉文医学著作并吸收其精华，认真总结吐蕃人民丰富的医疗经验，博采众家之长，历数十年的日夜辛劳，编撰出著名的藏医学巨著《四部医典》，奠定了藏医学理论的基础、藏医学体系，为发展藏医学建立了不朽的功勋。宇妥·云丹贡布在晚年，除了继续著书立说以外，还把主要精力放在医学教育方面，培养了众多的藏医学人才，其中有“本然巴”学级的名医50人，“然觉巴”学级的名医50人，“噶居瓦”学级的名医100人。宇妥还创建了工布门龙医学寺院，收门徒千余人，潜心讲授并研究医药学，为藏医学开创、奠基和发展做出了卓越的贡献。

唐大和六年（公元832年），老宇妥仙逝，享年125岁。他不仅为世人创造了诸多不朽的医学著作，同时还留下了许多宝贵的精神财富。在科学领域里，永不疲倦的进取精神和勇于探索前人未知领域的开拓精神让他成功地跨进了庄严的医药科学殿堂。他的名字与其祖父小斋杰多吉、父亲小琼布多吉、其子小奔曾，其孙小萨普多吉智，合称“小宇妥五贤”，他们的丰功伟绩，将永垂青史，为后人所景仰缅怀。
